Yesterday 15th September, Mbarara referral hospital received 9000 dozes of Covid-19 vaccine, fyiza type from the ministry of health through national medical store. The dozes were handed over to the hospital director Mr.Dr.Barigye Selestine.
According to the ministry of health, the vaccine is not for sale to anyone. Because the vaccine is provided by the government of Uganda, it’s main aim is to keep Ugandas safe and secure from the pandemic.
According to the spokesperson for mbarara referral hospital, Mr Harrison Kagule “We are going to use this Chance for getting the vaccine to move to crowded areas like markets around mbarara and we vaccinate people especially those that are not yet vaccinated from COVID-19” he said.
‘i argue all the public to take concerned about their lives and take the responsibility and they should come up for these mass vaccination, that the hospital is going to organize after receiving these dozes of vaccine’,he added.
Each one has aright to live,so everyone needs to get vaccinated from the disease that made people locked up for 2 years which should not happen again.
So it’s everyone’s responsibility to be vaccinated
