Entebbe Bomb Scare: Buried Ordnance Neutralized, No Injuries Reported

On Tuesday evening, a suspected explosive device was discovered near Rolex Beach within the renowned gardens. The Entebbe Police Division, led by the Division Police Commander, responded swiftly to reports and dispatched a prompt response team.

Preliminary investigations revealed the device to be a buried non-spent ordnance, likely exposed by soil erosion. Recognizing the potential threat, law enforcement authorities meticulously processed and documented the scene while adhering to strict safety protocols.




In collaboration with bomb experts, a controlled explosion was safely conducted on-site, neutralizing the device and eliminating any risk to the public. No injuries or damage were reported during the operation.
