Energy Ministry Handover: Nyamutoro Takes Over from Lokeris

Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, addressed attendees at the Handover ceremony of Hon. Dr. Peter Teko Lokeris to the incoming Minister of State, Hon. Phiona Nyamutoro. In her remarks, she acknowledged the significance of Hon.
