Assistant Superintendent of Police and Deputy Police Spokesperson for Kampala Metropolitan, Luke Owoyesigyire, announced today, April 12th, 2024, that the Criminal Investigations Directorate has arraigned businessman Twinomujuni Robert in Buganda Road Court. Twinomujuni, aged 58 and a resident of Ntungamo in the Ntungamo District, faces multiple charges alongside another individual who is currently at large.
The charges against Twinomujuni Robert include forgery of a land sale agreement, uttering a false document, receipt of money from the sale of land, and forgery of an acknowledgment of receipt of money from the sale of land. These serious charges stem from alleged fraudulent activities related to land transactions.
According to Luke Owoyesigyire, the arraignment of Twinomujuni Robert marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigations Directorate.
