Balaam Barugahara, Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs and Vice Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) in the Western Region, took to X by storm in a recent social media post to enumerate 13 seemingly divine qualities of General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Chief of Defence Forces of the UPDF and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations.
- According to Balaam, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is not just a patriot but the epitome of patriotism itself. If there’s anyone who bleeds the colors of the Ugandan flag, it’s him! (Insert flag emoji here)
- Not only is Gen. Muhoozi a patriot, but he’s also a staunch nationalist. He loves Uganda so much that he probably dreams in black, yellow, and red.
- And as if that wasn’t impressive enough, Gen. Muhoozi is also a pan-Africanist. He probably has a map of Africa hanging in his office and spends his weekends discussing unity among African nations.
- Gen. Muhoozi detests extravaganza and wastefulness. So next time you see him, don’t offer him anything too fancy – he’s a man of simple tastes.
- If there’s one thing Gen. Muhoozi can’t stand, it’s dishonesty and corruption. He’s like a modern-day knight, fighting against the dragons of graft and deceit.
- Gen. Muhoozi is a team player and believes in transparency. Unless, of course, transparency interferes with his plans for world domination – then it’s every man for himself!
- Research, innovation, and training are not just words to Gen. Muhoozi – they’re a way of life. He probably reads military strategy books for fun and spends his weekends brainstorming new ways to conquer the enemy.
- Gen. Muhoozi is a strategist who believes in planning action or policies. Because why leave anything to chance when you can meticulously plan every detail of your rise to power?
- Empowerment is Gen. Muhoozi’s middle name. Well, not really, but he sure does love empowering others. Just ask his loyal followers – they’ll tell you tales of his benevolence.
- Classicism and nepotism? Not on Gen. Muhoozi’s watch! He believes in meritocracy, where the best person for the job gets the job – unless, of course, the best person happens to be related to him.
- Gen. Muhoozi is a philanthropist at heart. He’s like the Santa Claus of the military, spreading cheer and goodwill wherever he goes. Just don’t ask him for presents – he’s got a country to run.
- Cheap popularity? Not for Gen. Muhoozi. He’s not interested in winning a popularity contest – he’s interested in winning wars and hearts (in that order).
- Last but not least, Gen. Muhoozi believes in unity. Because what’s better than having one person in charge? Having everyone agree that he’s the best person to be in charge!
Balaam concluded his list by invoking blessings upon our esteemed leaders, Mr. President Mzee Gen. Kaguta Museveni and Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Because if there’s anyone who deserves divine favor, it’s definitely them!
