Okidi Patrick, Obongi District – A non-governmental organization called RICE West Nile has completed the construction of a two-classroom block and a water tank at Andramare Primary School in Palorinya sub-county, Obongi district. The project was funded by the Stromme Foundation.
The RDC of Obongi district, Mr. Samuel Mpimbasa Hashaka, accompanied by the District Chairperson Hajji Buga Khemis and the Country Director of the Stromme Foundation, Ms. Dinah Morgan, commissioned the two-classroom block and thanked the Stromme Foundation for promoting education in Uganda.
Obongi District Chairperson Hajji Buga Khemis, RDC Samuel Mpimbasa Hashaka, and the Country Director of the Stromme Foundation, Ms. Dinah Morgan, while commissioning two toilets and a two-classroom block at Aliba Primary School last week, also promised to uplift the standard of education in Obongi district.
The construction was carried out by RICE West Nile and funded by the Stromme Foundation at over 192 million UGX.

There was excitement among the parents, teachers, pupils, and leaders, as the facilities, furnished with desks, were properly constructed, as witnessed during the commissioning.
