Arua, Uganda –
Brigadier General Felix Busizoori, the new Commander of the 4th Division, met with all security chiefs in the West Nile sub-region on Wednesday at Muni University in Arua City.
Obongi district was represented by the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka, DISO Elyebu Denis, DPC SP Nkurunziza Graciano, and the new Criminal Intelligence Officer.
According to Samuel Hashaka, attendees included the 4th Division Brigade Commander, RPCs (Regional Police Commanders), RISOs (Regional Internal Security Officers), RDCs, DISOs, DPCs, and Criminal Intelligence Officers from the West Nile region.
The security chiefs discussed regional security issues and strategies to enhance them.
