Counsel Patrick Okwir, who is also the Speaker of Lira City Council, has been appointed as the official interim Spokesperson for the Lango Cultural Institution. He is now the spokesperson for Won Nyaci Elect, Eng. Dr. Michael Moses Odongo Okune.

“I urge the people of Lango to unite under the visionary leadership of Dr. Eng. Michael Moses Odongo Okune, the Won Nyaci Elect, and to support their respective clan leaders in working with the Won Nyaci Elect to advance the Lango agenda. This agenda is centered on promoting good cultural practices, health, education, farming, and poverty alleviation, among other priorities.”

He has practiced law for 6 years, with interests in Constitutional Law, Corporate and Commercial Practice, Criminal Law, Land Law, Family Law, Insurance, Banking, and Mortgages.
