Amuriat Re-Elected as FDC President with 800 Votes

Eng. Patrick Oboi Amuriat has been re-elected as the President of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). He received 800 votes in the election, defeating his opponent Moses Byamugisha, who managed to secure only 187 votes.

The election took place during the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting at Lugogo. Nathan Nandala Mafabi was selected as the new Secretary General of the party without any opposition.




Geoffrey Ekanya has also been re-elected for a second term as Treasurer General, winning against Akello Lucy Franca. Ajuna Daka has assumed the role of National Mobilizer, and John Kikonyogo has been appointed as the new Party Spokesperson.
