Rubanda police are investigating the death of Turyasingura Philemon, a 30-year-old man, who was found dead at his home in Birara Cell, Muyanje Ward, Bubare Town Council, on the morning of January 17, 2024.
Police were alerted to the incident when Christmas Andrew, the victim’s brother, discovered his body lying in a pool of blood approximately 30 meters from their home.
Upon examination, it was determined that the victim had suffered severe head trauma.
The body was subsequently transported to the house, and a postmortem examination was conducted to determine the cause of death.
Police are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in identifying and apprehending the individual(s) responsible for this tragic incident. Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the Rubanda Police Station or report it anonymously through the designated channels.
