The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has officially released the results for the 2024 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE), shedding light on the performance of the candidates, trends in educational development, and areas of improvement.
The results reflect the hard work of students, teachers, and education officials, despite the challenges posed by rapidly changing environments and the evolving landscape of educational assessment, particularly with the increasing integration of technology.
The top-performing schools in the 2024 PLE have been revealed. Nsambya Girls Primary School led the pack in Kampala, K.Y Day & Boarding Primary School topped Masaka District, and St. Kizito Preparatory School led in Mbarara District.
According to UNEB, the rankings, based on data from the Uganda National Examinations Board, highlight the best Universal Primary Education (UPE) schools in each district.
