The Faith of Unity, headquartered in Kapyemi, Muhorro, Kagadi district, under the leadership of Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, welcomed 350 new members during a three-day event in Nyakabande, Itambiro, Bugahe village, Nyakabingo parish, Chahi Subcounty, Kisoro district.
Speaking at the event, Owobusobozi Bisaka delivered teachings on oneness and unity, encouraging attendees to work hard as a means of eradicating poverty in their communities.
He emphasized the importance of believers coming together irrespective of their education, title, age, or religious background.
Kisoro Municipality Mayor Ndyana Richard acknowledged Owobusobozi Bisaka for promoting unity and cooperation, which he said has championed peace and stability, fostering economic development.
Kisoro District Resident District Commissioner Hajji Badru Sebyalla recognized Owobusobozi Bisaka for acting as an ambassador in the fight against poverty and for promoting education in Uganda.
The new believers expressed their support and happiness, citing the Faith of Unity as a powerful unifying force in various aspects of life, encouraging compassion and empathy, providing a shared purpose, and fostering forgiveness and reconciliation.
