The criteria for selection were stringent, focusing on leaders who have demonstrated commitment to President Museveni’s vision and policies. These leaders have shown an exceptional ability to translate policies into action, achieve set goals, and provide direction and drive progress in their ministries. They have also been approachable and responsive to citizens’ concerns, engaging with communities and keeping them informed about government initiatives.
