Plans to lay to rest retired Supreme Court judge, Prof. George W. Kanyeihamba, have been put on hold as the family deals with unexpected health concerns surrounding his wife, Susan Kanyeihamba.
According to sources close to the family, Susan, a British national, went into shock upon learning of her husband’s death. The news left her deeply shaken, and she is currently under medical observation in the United Kingdom.
Doctors are closely monitoring her condition to determine whether she is physically and emotionally fit to undertake the long flight to Uganda for the burial ceremonies. A family source revealed that Susan’s health has become a major concern, and her travel has been delayed until she receives clearance from her doctors.
