Amolatar, Uganda – National Female Youth MP hopeful Diana Ampaire Kampe was warmly received by Amolatar Youth delegates on Thursday, where she secured overwhelming support and endorsements for her leadership.
The gathering highlighted her growing influence as a unifying and transformative figure for Uganda’s youth.
Visionary Leadership Praised
Nam Eve Tyan, the Female Youth Councillor of Amolatar District, described Diana as a
“visionary and pragmatic leader committed to elevating the youth to greater heights.” She urged young people to rally behind Ampaire, emphasizing that she is “tried, tested, and proven.”
Oyuku Keneth Kaguta, another key youth leader in Amolatar, also pledged full support for Diana’s campaign, reinforcing the district’s confidence in her leadership.
Cross-Regional Support for Diana
Diana’s visit was bolstered by youth delegates from West Nile, Acholi, and Western Uganda, who affirmed that she enjoys massive backing in their respective regions. This nationwide support underscores her ability to unite young people across different districts.
James Otim Okol, Kwania District Youth Chairperson and Lango Sub-region Youth Councillor, who accompanied Diana to Amolatar, vouched for her suitability, citing her “strong connections and dedication” as key reasons she is the right candidate for the youth.
