His Highness the Umukuka III, Jude Mike Mudoma, will embark on a tour of schools in both Uganda and Kenya. This was revealed by the spokesperson of the Bamasaaba cultural institution, Steven Masiga.
Steven Masiga said His Highness, while briefing headteachers in Maluku about the upcoming symposium, mentioned that he is going to tour schools in his kingdom, beginning with Kenya.
His Highness the Umukuka was yesterday briefing headteachers about the upcoming symposium, which is meant to bring together about 6,000 Bamasaaba in Mbale City on 4th October. This date is meant to coincide with the second coronation anniversary of His Highness.
During the Kenyan educational tour, His Highness will be accompanied by some headteachers from Uganda — notably from Mbale High School, Mbale SSS, Nakaloke SSS, and Bubulo SSS, among other schools.
The meeting was attended by headteachers of Mbale SSS, Bukonde SSS, Bubulo SSS, Mbale High School, Bubita SSS, Oxford High School, Bulucheke SSS, St. Thomas SSS, Butiru Comprehensive SSS, Nyondo SSS, Mulatsi SSS, among others.
His Highness met with headteachers from various schools in Bugisu yesterday at the cultural offices. In the front row were the Umukuka in a designer suit, the headteacher of Mbale High School, Hon. Kyaro (Minister in Bukuka), and Steven Masiga, spokesperson of the cultural institution.
