Phaneroo Ministries International has announced preparations for its annual Night of Prayer, a monumental gathering set to usher thousands of believers into the year 2026 at the Phaneroo Grounds in Naguru.
Since its inception, the Phaneroo Night of Prayer has grown into one of the most anticipated Christian gatherings in Uganda and beyond, attracting multitudes from across the country as well as international visitors from East Africa, Southern Africa, Europe, and North America.
The atmosphere is traditionally electric filled with joy, worship, and spiritual anticipation as believers come together to thank God for the past year and to dedicate the year ahead to Him.
Speaking ahead of this year’s edition, Apostle Grace Lubega, the Vision Bearer and Lead Preacher of Phaneroo Ministries International, assured the public that ample preparations have been made to accommodate the ever-growing congregation. He revealed that sufficient space has been organized for both attendees and vehicles to ensure a smooth and orderly experience for all worshippers.> “We have prepared adequately for everyone who plans to join us. The Phaneroo Grounds in Naguru have been optimized to create a comfortable and secure environment. There is enough space for both the congregation and parking, but I encourage everyone to come early,” Apostle Lubega said.
The Night of Prayer 2025–2026 is expected to draw tens of thousands of worshippers from across Uganda and neighboring nations, while many others will follow the service through live-streaming platforms.
The event promises a night of intense worship, deep intercession, powerful prophecy, and heartfelt thanksgiving as believers reflect on God’s faithfulness and seek His guidance for the year ahead.
Apostle Grace emphasized that the gathering is more than a celebration of a new calendar year; it is a sacred moment of spiritual alignment and renewal. “It has been our culture for more than a decade to enter every new year in the presence of God. We gather to thank Him for what He has done and to position ourselves for what He is about to do. Each year, God releases a word, a vision, and a grace that defines the season ahead,” he said.
The night will feature extended sessions of worship and thanksgiving led by the Phaneroo Choir, together with a lineup of celebrated gospel artists who will minister in song, adding to the spirit-filled experience.
A key highlight of the event will be Apostle Grace Lubega’s prophetic message and prayer declaration for the year 2026. In previous crossover nights, his messages have inspired believers to walk in faith, pursue their purpose, and seek God’s presence through prayer.
Attendees can expect prayer marathons, worship sessions, and moments of prophetic impartation. As witnessed in past events, thousands are also expected to give their lives to Christ, underscoring the transformative power of such gatherings.
Security and logistical arrangements are already underway. Volunteers and ushers will be deployed to guide attendees and maintain order throughout the night. Transport services from selected pick-up points within Kampala and other regions are also being organized to ease access to the venue.
