RUBIRIZI, Uganda — Excitement is building across Rubirizi District after the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) confirmed the official draws and fixtures for the 2026 district secondary schools football competitions for both boys and girls.
The confirmation followed a games teachers’ meeting held today at Ndekye Secondary School, where representatives from participating schools gathered to finalize preparations for the highly anticipated district championship.
According to the fixtures released, girls’ matches will be played on Saturday, March 14, 2026, while boys’ games will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026. All matches are scheduled to kick off at 8:00 a.m. across different playgrounds in the district.
Boys’ Competition Fixtures – Sunday, March 15, 2026
The boys’ tournament will feature four groups competing at four different venues across the district.
