Amolatar, Uganda – The NRM Administrative Secretary has strongly defended the party’s financial integrity, confirming that all UGX 165 million allocated for the Women Council and LC1 elections was fully disbursed to 16 sub-counties.
“The entire allocation had already been distributed to the approved beneficiaries,” Boniface Pule stated in his accountability report to the Party Secretariat.

- All 16 sub-county chairpersons signed payment vouchers.
- Security facilitation was signed for by the RDC.

Mr. Pule emphasized that his role was purely administrative, preparing vouchers, coordinating accountability, and ensuring all beneficiaries signed.
