I have always told people that when you take a hyena and expect it to mount a female elephant, it won’t happen. This is what I am seeing on various social media platforms, where many Ugandans are speaking senselessly, popping their mouths and noses into the issues surrounding Gen. Peter Elwelu.
I would like to advise civilians to stay away from the issues of Generals because they know how to deal with their situations. We civilians should concentrate on prayers so that our economy improves and the shilling becomes stronger.
There is no need for some of us who have never even won a (V) in the army or a Securico company to start commenting on what is going on.
Our bad man, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, is senior in intelligence, and he could even know where his comrade is. So, we civilians, let’s concentrate on our usual farming.
Today, I was working on the streets in one of the Teso towns, but I heard a lot of people panicking that Teso could be advancing into rebellion, which will never happen.
The people of Teso should remain calm and be mindful of their daily activities, such as farming and parties, because this NRM government has put maximum protection in place for all Ugandans against any form of insecurity.
The Iteso have experienced peace under this government led by Papa General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, and the memories of the Lord’s Resistance Army are still in the minds of the people of Teso. No one should start insinuating that there will be war in Teso.
Teso needs development. What we want to see is tarmac roads starting from Kumi, Nora, Serere, Soroti, Abim via Amuria, Soroti, Ocero, and many others, as well as the government increasing the amount disbursed under PDM. That’s all.
Long live our bad man, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, and long live Papa Yoweri Kaguta.
