Well-known radio host and DJ, Ssuna Ben, reacted dismissively when his former partner, Mary Nambwayo, was mentioned. This occurred following his Binyanyanya concert. Nambwayo, who is Ssuna Ben’s ex-girlfriend, attended his mother’s funeral last week, but it was apparent to onlookers that she was not fully accepted.
Even during his mother’s burial, Ssuna implored the spirit of his deceased mother to give Hajji Kamoga, a broker from Kamoga Property LTD, restless nights, claiming that he and Nambwayo had wrongfully taken his land valued at millions by signing a questionable contract.
In response, Hajji Muhammad Kamoga has opted to file a defamation lawsuit against radio host and DJ Ssuna Ben. Through his legal representation, Kusingura Tindyebwa & Co. Advocates, Kamoga asserts that DJ Ssuna Ben has consistently made slanderous remarks about him, unjustly branding him a fraudster, which has considerably harmed his business and eroded customer trust.
Ssuna Ben has been given an opportunity to publicly apologize to Kamoga, with the requirement to post it on social media; if he fails to do so, he will be obligated to pay Kamoga Shs900 million plus Shs10 million in fines for making false claims about him.
However, according to the Bukedde FM presenter, he plans to team up with singer-turned-politician Mathias Walukaaga to produce a song targeting Kamoga. This endeavor will mirror how the Tulepuke singer addressed issues with Samona many years back when they were competing for the same woman.
In the meantime, Ssuna Ben and Nambwayo were embroiled in a dispute over properties last year, which escalated into confrontations, verbal exchanges, and legal battles.
