Vice President Jessica Alupo arrived in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, on Friday afternoon on  visit aimed to represent President Yoweri Museveni at the swearing-in ceremony of President Felix Antione Tshisekedi, scheduled to take place at Kinshasa National Stadium today.
