Judiciary Twin Tower Completion Marks Architectural Achievement in Uganda
President Yoweri Museveni is scheduled to inaugurate the eagerly anticipated Judiciary Twin-Tower on February 9. The successful completion of this twin-tower project, overseen by Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana, showcases remarkable architectural expertise and efficient management, achieving its conclusion in just four years, despite challenges posed by a global pandemic.
The project’s success is attributed to the dedication and leadership of Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana, who steered it through the challenges of the two-year-long pandemic, demonstrating resilience and efficient project management.
The Judiciary Twin Tower project aligns with the government’s commitment to modernize infrastructure, providing an advanced and conducive environment for the judicial system. The complex will house two major courts: the Supreme Court and the Appellate Court, symbolizing progress and innovation in the judiciary.
Supervised by Pius Bigirimana, serving as both the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Judiciary, the Twin Tower not only stands out for its imposing structure but also for its extraordinary facilities, surpassing conventional expectations for a judicial building.
