Worship House Pastor Wilson Bugembe has temporarily suspended the Celebrity Sunday services, during which he used to welcome various celebrities.
Bugembe explained his decision, stating, “I used to host celebrities on Sundays, but I stopped them from coming because they would ask me for restroom facilities, and I couldn’t provide them.” He added that the lack of proper facilities made him feel confused in such situations.
Bugembe, who is presently renovating the church, expressed his gratitude to the generous individuals who have supported this effort. He shared his plans, saying, “By next year, we will be finished with the renovations, and we will resume hosting celebrities, as we will have proper toilet facilities.”
Bugembe made these remarks during an interview with a local tabloid at a youth camp held at the church premises in Nansana, Kampala, on October 14, 2023.
