Masindi District was in shock on Sunday as news emerged of the sudden death of Dr. Jino Abiraga, the District Health Officer. His lifeless body was discovered at his residence in Kijura Cell, located in the central division of the municipality. The LC1 chairperson of Kijura Village, Patrick Alinaitwe, revealed that Dr. Abiraga was last seen at a wedding in Kisengya Village on Saturday.
