On Saturday, Nnabagereka Sylvia Nagginda, accompanied by a delegation from the kingdom, met with President Museveni at State House Entebbe. Speaking to Buganda Kingdom officials in Bulange, Mengo, Mr. Mayiga explained that the purpose of the visit was to inform the President about her upcoming initiative under the Nnabagereka Development Foundation (NDF).

The initiative aims to guide the younger generation in promoting their culture through development, commonly known as “obuntu bulamu.” Mr. Mayiga added that the initiative is scheduled for launch on October 10 and will be in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), which has supported various programs in the country.
