Dokolo. Uganda – The Deputy Resident District Commissioner (DRDC) of Dokolo district, Mr. Ismail Masaba, has urged all the people of Dokolo to embrace government programs in the year 2025.
He was speaking to The Ankole Times in an exclusive telephone interview at midnight as he joined the rest of the world in delivering his New Year’s message to the people of Dokolo district and the Lango sub-region.
“As we step into the year 2025, may Almighty Allah’s plan and presence go before you, his light guide your path, his peace fill your heart, and make things easier for you in this new year 2025,” said Masaba.
Wishing you a year filled with happiness, success, and good health for all the people in Dokolo district, the Lango Sub-region, Northern Uganda, and Uganda as a whole.
He added, “Let us learn from the past to profit by the present, and from the present, to live better in the future. Destiny is not a matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for. It is a thing to be achieved.”
Masaba Ismail, the Deputy RDC of Dokolo, is known by many people as a strong leader who is ever implementing all government programs in Dokolo, including the Parish Development Model (PDM), the IRS spray exercise, among others.
