UNEB to Withhold Results Pending Investigation of Examination Malpractice
In line with Section 5(2)(b) of the UNEB Act, 2021, the Executive Director, Dan Odongo, announced that the Board will withhold the results of candidates involved in examination malpractice. The withholding will continue until investigations are completed. If there is a prima facie case, the Board’s tribunal, known as the Examinations Security Committee, will ensure a fair hearing for all affected candidates before making final decisions. Subsequently, after the tribunal hearings, the list of districts and schools with cancelled results will be made public.
