The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has briefed the Minister of Education and Sports ahead of the release of the 2024 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results.
The briefing was led by UNEB Chairperson Prof. Celestino Obua and Executive Director Mr. Dan Odongo.
The official release of the UACE results is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, March 14, 2025, at State House Nakasero, starting at 11:00 AM. During the event, the Ministry of Education and Sports is expected to provide further insights on performance trends and key highlights.
According to UNEB, “The 2024 UACE results will be released tomorrow, Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM at State House Nakasero.” The event will be presided over by the Minister of Education and attended by key stakeholders from the education sector.
In 2024, a total of 142,009 candidates sat for the final national A-level examinations (UACE) across 2,634 examination centers in Uganda. Of these, 61,968 were female and 80,041 were male.
The UACE results are a significant milestone for students seeking admission to universities and other tertiary institutions, both in Uganda and internationally.
UNEB has reassured the public of a transparent and credible examination process, with results reflecting the students’ performance nationwide.
Parents, students, and school administrators are encouraged to follow the official release and use UNEB’s result-checking platforms to access individual student results once they are published.
