Anita Among and Iranian Ambassador Discuss Coffee

Anita Among, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda and Bukedea District Woman MP, recently met with H.E. Mr. Majid Saffar, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Uganda. During their meeting, Among offered her condolences to the people of Iran on the passing of President Ebrahim Raisi. The discussion also focused on strengthening the relationship between the Ugandan Parliament and the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
