A former Presidential candidate in the 2016 general elections has controversially come out to accuse incoming Junior Gender Minister in Charge of Youths and Children Affairs, Balam Barugahara Ateenyi of being a witch doctor who was assigned to finish off General Muhoozi Keinerugaba.
Maureen Kyaalya, the only woman who took part in the challenge against Museveni in 2016 asserts that the new Minister has kept around Muhoozi whose PLU he serves as Vice Chairman for Western Uganda on mission from President Museveni purposely to thwart his presidential ambition.
General Muhoozi Keinerugaba was on Thursday 21 named the Commander of the UPDF, a move many have since interpreted as a deliberate push to drive him out of partisan politics.
Kyaalya also takes time to explain the secret behind Balam’s characteristic stripped orange t-shirt which she connects to a spirit called Nabweyana.
According to the self styled spirituality Overlord of Uganda, Balam has excellently delivered on his mandate of destabilising PLU and hence the reward from his master inform of a ministerial appointment.
“Dr Balaamu Barugahara is Dr, as in witchdoctor not academic Doctor. He was assigned to destroy Muhoozi Kainerugaba and has been rewarded because he did a good job. His Baal aka Lubaale was Jaja Nabweyana hence the endless orange at shirt but he recently upgraded to Kanwamusaayi (blood sucker) hence his change in the recent Masaka rituals to red and the sacrifice that followed.” Kyalya stated in a strongly worded statement on social media.
“Consequently,Muhoozi has been distabilised by endless duplication to confuse the army; in Luweero alone there were atleast four different Muhoozi per the pics below. Because of this instability; the security of th country is at great risk of anything. Muhoozi is single handedly given full command of the country’s defence before resolving these issues. We had a 3 way meeting with him and Mbadi and agreed Mbadi will continue being CDF for now; He is also instructed to use force if needed,” explains Kyalya.
