In a recent interview, Flavia Tumusiime, a well-known radio personality, revealed that she does not plan to expand her family further, despite her husband Andrew Kabuura’s desire for more children. The couple currently has three boys, including a set of twins.
Flavia, who is 35 years old, stated that she has no intention of having another child, particularly after experiencing two complicated pregnancies. She explained that the challenges she faced during her pregnancies were physically and emotionally draining. She disclosed that she had a painful disorder called endometriosis, which led to uterine tissue growing outside her uterus. During her second pregnancy, she had to undergo laparoscopy surgery to address this condition.
Flavia emphasized that she feels content with their family of five and does not feel the need for a baby girl. She mentioned that she and Andrew had hoped for a girl with each pregnancy, but both times, they welcomed boys.
Despite Flavia’s decision, Andrew Kabuura remains open to the idea of having more children. He has expressed his willingness to have four or five children, emphasizing that it’s not just about the financial aspect but also the emotional and physical toll that raising children can have.
Flavia and Andrew tied the knot in 2019 and welcomed their first son, Liam, in April 2020, followed by the birth of their twins in May of the same year.
