Luwita, who is contesting under the NRM ticket urged voters to prioritize character and accountability over party loyalty. He emphasized that electing dishonest leaders does not improve them, calling for locals to appreciate what the party has so far done under leadership of His Excellency Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni since 1986.
