Equity Bank has today proudly rewarded one of its outstanding employees, Betty Akia, for her remarkable commitment to customer service.
Betty, who serves as a security guard at the Church House branch, has been recognized for going above and beyond in her role. Her dedication recently caught the attention of one of the Bank’s valued customers, @margretabwoyo2, who shared a heartfelt message online about the excellent support she received from Betty.
In response to this glowing feedback, Equity Bank’s Managing Director, Gift Shoko, presented Betty with a cash reward of UGX 500,000 as a token of appreciation.
