Executives at MultiChoice Uganda have unveiled the Step-Up campaign, introduced on January 16, with the aim of enhancing the viewing experience for DStv and GOtv subscribers.
This initiative is designed to reward and elevate the entertainment journey of MultiChoice subscribers. Under the Step-Up campaign, subscribers who pay for a package higher than their last active subscription will automatically receive an upgrade to the next higher package at no additional cost. The campaign commenced on January 15 and is scheduled to run until March 31.
Rinaldi Jamugisa, the PR and Communications Manager at MultiChoice Uganda, explained that subscribers opting for a lower-tier package will be pleasantly surprised, enjoying an automatic upgrade to a higher package. This upgrade unlocks access to a wider array of channels, premium content, and exclusive programming.
“We are excited to introduce the Step-Up campaign as a gesture of appreciation to our valued subscribers for their continuous support and loyalty,” said Jamugisa. “This campaign reflects our commitment to providing unmatched entertainment experiences, making premium content accessible to a wider audience.”
The Step-Up campaign aligns with MultiChoice’s recent announcement of diverse content, including coverage of events like AFCON, Champions League, and reality TV shows.
