In a fruitful meeting held at Vintage Lounge in Lira City last week, Sanjay Tanna — a candidate for the Chairmanship of the National Entrepreneur’s League within the NRM Central Executive Committee — emphasized his commitment to improving financial literacy among Uganda’s business community.

“We need a robust database that connects the NRM Secretariat, Chambers of Commerce, and other key institutions to enable better information flow among traders and the wider business community,” Tanna said.

He further urged delegates to exercise caution during the voting process.

“Your vote is yours,” he stressed. “Let’s be careful about candidates who tell lies and use money to buy votes.”

Tanna also outlined his detailed 10-point program for the Entrepreneur’s League, presenting it in an orderly manner to the attending delegates. The meeting ended on a high note, with his message reportedly receiving strong support from the Lango Sub-Region delegates.
