Russia has suffered significant military losses, with 1,350 soldiers killed and wounded over the past 24 hours alone, bringing the total number of personnel losses to approximately 925,000 since the start of the war.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the cumulative combat losses of Russian forces between February 24, 2022, and April 6, 2025, are as follows (with the latest losses in parentheses):
