Ukrainian border guards have dealt a significant blow to Kremlin forces in the Kharkiv region, destroying more than twenty armoured and support vehicles in a single operation. The action, carried out by the vigilantly trained ‘Pomsta’ brigade of the State Border Service, also saw the demolition of a Russian electronic warfare control post, severely disrupting enemy communications.
The strike unfolded as operators of the brigade’s Phoenix unmanned aviation systems targeted a convoy and its command infrastructure. Within moments, 22 military trucks and light vehicles lay in ruins alongside a combat armoured vehicle and a 122 mm D-30 howitzer. Precision strikes on the P-330 M1P ‘Diabazol’ electronic warfare node rendered the facility inoperable, cutting off jamming support that the Russian dictator’s forces had been relying on.
A nearby fuel depot, stocked with diesel and lubricants essential for frontline operations, was also engulfed in flames, denying the invaders precious resources and complicating their advance. Video footage released by the brigade shows drones swooping low and firing away until each target was neutralised. The swift and decisive effort underlines the quality of Ukrainian military training and the tenacity of personnel defending the nation’s sovereignty.
Despite recent peace rhetoric from Western capitals, Russia’s attacks continue unabated.
