Former US President Jimmy Carter passed away on the 29th of December 2024 and different world leaders have been reacting to his death in different ways.
Kenyan President William Ruto called him an extraordinary leader whose dedication to serving his country and then world was epic.

He was a powerful champion for global peace and human rights.

Another former US President, Barack Obama wrote that “President Carter taught all of us what it means to live a life of grace, dignity, justice, and service. Michelle and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Carter family, and everyone who loved and learned from this remarkable man” about Carter.
The current US President Joe Biden said that “Over six decades, Jill and I had the honor of calling Jimmy Carter a dear friend.
But, what’s extraordinary about Jimmy Carter, though, is that millions of people throughout America and the world who never met him thought of him as a dear friend as well.”
More people and leaders from across the world are still sending in their tributes to the fallen president. Born in Georgia on the 1st of October 1925, Carter was 100 years by the time of his death.
Her served as the 39th President of the US and only presided over one term between 1977-1981. Addi he belonged to the Democratic Party.
Carter succeeded the Presidency of Ronald Reagan and he has been the longest living US president in history and the first to reach 100 years. He was married to Rosalynn Smith from 1964 till her death in 2023. Together they had 4 kids. His burial program will be communicated in the next comi days.
