“Stay Calm and Confident While Sitting PLE Exams,” ARCC Olang Sam Tells Lira P7 Candidates

LIRA, Uganda – Lira City West Division Assistant Resident City Commissioner (ARCC), Mr. Olang Sam, has encouraged Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) candidates from Lira City to stay calm and confident to boost their chances of success. He noted that their respective class teachers have equipped them with the necessary knowledge to excel in their upcoming PLE exams.

As Primary Seven candidates nationwide prepare for their PLE exams, ARCC Olang Salmon urged parents to actively support their children by providing ample time for revision as the exam date approaches in early November 2024.




Meanwhile, the ARCC shared that the pupils have been praying consistently and are confident in their ability to pass the upcoming PLE examination.




He sincerely thanked all candidates sitting for this year’s examinations at all levels, noting that the NRM government has fulfilled its manifesto by establishing schools in all parishes. He wished all candidates success in their exams.




He also thanked parents for joining hands with the government to promote Universal Primary Education (UPE) and Universal Secondary Education (USE).
