During the operation, the police found equipment used to tamper with motorcycle parts, such as chassis and engine numbers. These items are suspected to have been used by the group to disguise stolen motorcycles before selling them in secondary markets. The discovery has given police vital leads on a larger network possibly involved in motorcycle theft.

As part of the public safety measures, police have advised boda boda riders to take precautions to protect themselves from similar robberies. Riders are urged to exercise caution, particularly at night, avoid transporting more than two passengers after midnight, and refrain from taking passengers to unfamiliar areas.
