(Kisoro) – National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, nominated Tana Salim, also known as “Tana,” as NUP’s candidate for District Woman Member of Parliament in Kisoro District. The event, held on Thursday, marked an important step in NUP’s political outreach in the region.
Bobi Wine, who has risen as a prominent opposition leader in Uganda, expressed gratitude for the warm reception by Kisoro residents. He stated that he felt encouraged by the turnout and enthusiasm from the people, who welcomed the NUP team.
