Equity Bank Uganda has reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity by encouraging the public and its staff to make use of its anonymous reporting system.

Through this initiative, customers, employees, and stakeholders can safely raise concerns or report incidents without fear of victimization. Reports can cover areas such as unethical conduct, fraud, harassment, misuse of resources, or any other issues that may affect the integrity of the Bank’s operations.

Once a report is filed, the system generates a unique report key and password. These credentials allow the reporter to check back after 5–6 business days for feedback or follow-up questions. Reporters are reminded to write down their report key and password and store them securely, as they are the only way to track the progress of the report.

Importantly, the reporting process is **confidential and anonymous**. The system does not reveal the reporter’s identity unless they choose to provide it. This gives individuals confidence to speak up without fear of reprisal.

Equity Bank Uganda has stressed that maintaining ethical business practices is not only its responsibility but also a shared duty between the institution and the public. By fostering a culture of openness and accountability, the Bank continues to build trust with its customers and the wider community.

The Bank encourages anyone with valid concerns to take advantage of this secure platform and play a role in safeguarding the institution’s values.
