Bulambuli Constituency MP-Elect, Hon. Emmanuel Wepukhulu Biara, has congratulated President Yoweri Museveni ahead of his swearing-in ceremony scheduled for 12th May 2026 at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. In his message, Wepukhulu praised the President for his leadership and contribution towards Uganda’s peace, stability, and national development.
The youthful leader wished President Museveni wisdom, strength, good health, and God’s guidance as he prepares to begin another term in office. He noted that the President’s continued leadership remains important in advancing Uganda’s social and economic transformation.
Hon. Wepukhulu described Museveni as a resilient and visionary statesman whose commitment to peace and development has inspired many people across Uganda and the African continent. According to the MP-Elect, the President’s dedication to stability and progress has played a major role in shaping the country’s growth over the years.
“As you once again step onto the mighty podium to take the oath of office, we wish you wisdom, strength, good health, and God’s guidance,” part of Wepukhulu’s congratulatory message read.
Wepukhulu further stated that the people of Bulambuli Constituency remain hopeful and optimistic about the future. He expressed confidence that the new term will continue bringing development opportunities and improving the livelihoods of Ugandans across the country.
The MP-Elect also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting efforts aimed at promoting national unity, transformation, and progress. Speaking on behalf of the people of Bulambuli and on his own behalf, he wished President Museveni a successful and productive term in office.
His message joins those of several leaders, institutions, and Ugandans who have continued to send congratulatory remarks ahead of the highly anticipated swearing-in ceremony at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. The event is expected to attract dignitaries, diplomats, leaders, and supporters from different parts of Uganda and beyond.
