Authorities were compelled to discharge several rounds at Forest Park in Buloba during the Empele Festival last night. This action followed confrontations among the factions of singers Pallaso and Alien Skin, commonly referred to as Eggaali downtown.

The animosity between the two musicians has roots in a fierce altercation that took place in 2022. This incident culminated in Pallaso attacking the head of Fangone Forest. Since then, the rivalry between the two artists has been intense.

Last night, these groups clashed violently, creating utter disorder. Pallaso was the initial performer at the event, which was organized by fellow singer and TV host, Crysto Panda. While performing, the Malamu artist took a jab at Alien Skin during his rendition of the Byabanene song.

His inflammatory lyrics suggested that the Sitya Danger artist was merely worthless and a pretender. This clearly angered the supporters of Fangone Forest, who swiftly reacted. Throughout Pallaso’s performance, he was encircled by armed security personnel and his own bodyguards.

However, this did not deter the unruly followers of Fangone Forest. As Pallaso concluded his set and exited the stage, a brawl broke out between the opposing groups, prompting him to hurry to his vehicle and drive off as police discharged shots to break up the fracas.

Alien has maintained a reputation for chaotic behavior since his rise to fame. Even his time behind bars last year did little to temper his wild conduct. Moreover, he resembles a cult figure, as his fans are so devoted to him that they are willing to go to great lengths to protect him.
