Social Media is not a place for the weak and social media influencer, Sheilah Gashumba has definitely learnt this by now. Social Media users have now branded her a female Diddy after she advertised one of her businesses on Snapchat.
The former NBS After 5 presenter in one of her posts advertised part of her bar hosting businesses and the arrangement there. She said that anyone who buys tables worth Shs 25m and Shs 12m get two free international girls to entertain them. And this is why her parties are called spenders assembly.
“Anyone buying 25m and 12m table will have 2 international girls to entertain
them!! That’s why we call it big spenders assembly !!!”
Furthermore, she said that if one books a table and wants girls for entertainment, she’s the plug they should reach out for because she flies in girls from all around the world.
“If you are buying a table for one man one bottle and u want new sexy girls to fly in for ur party! Just book and let me know!! We are international baby!! We are flying in girls for all over the world for our biggest spenders.”
Well social media users quickly roasted her as they accused her of sex trafficking. They said that this was selling people for exploitation disguised as entertainment.
“In a serous system, with this information. Sheila Gashumba would be behind bars. Isn’t this human trafficking you people ?,” one of the comments said.
“Selling off people’s daughters isn’t hard work Gwe Ka female Diddy,” read another comment.
However, not everyone came for her head. Some instead defended her and said that this is not sex trafficking because most of the girls who do it knowingly and actively participate in it with their consent. On the other hand, sex trafficking which has been defined as the modern day slavery is described as “the action or practice of illegally transporting people from one country or area to another for the purpose of sexual exploitation.”
Apparently, Sheilah is one of the most criticized personalities on social media despite having a huge following. The hate usually stems even as far as from her father, Frank Gashumba’s personal and political views.
