The facility is set to be the largest in Eastern Africa and will use freeze-dry technology to produce high-quality instant coffee. Beyond coffee beverages, the Park will also pioneer the production of coffee-based beauty products and energy drinks.
The Park is more than just a processing plant. It will feature:
•A Convention Centre
• A Coffee Academy
•An Exhibition Centre
• An IT Park
All these components are designed to support Uganda’s industrialisation and coffee tourism agenda.
Driving Uganda’s Development Plan
The project aligns directly with Uganda’s 4th National Development Plan (NDPIV 2025/2026–2029/2030), which prioritises coffee as one of six key agricultural value chains for value addition. By boosting exports and creating innovative coffee products, Inspire Africa Group is set to contribute to national growth and position Uganda as a global player in the coffee industry.
