At 38 years old, Nuwenyesiga Emmanuel, son of John Kawengyere and the late Edith Kawengyere, hails from Rwamunena in Shuuku Town Council, Sheema District. This is not his first venture into politics. He previously ran for the same seat in 2015, but at the time, his age raised concerns among voters. However, a decade later, Emmanuel returns to the political stage with a wealth of experience, renewed vigor, and a solid vision for the future of Sheema South.
