KAMPALA, UGANDA – Equity Bank Uganda has announced its partnership with SafeBoda, a leading ride-hailing and on-demand services platform, marking a significant step towards expanding digital financial services in the country.

A key feature of this collaboration is the integration of direct bank transfers within the SafeBoda application. The updated SafeBoda app now facilitates seamless money transfers from SafeBoda wallets to bank accounts, including Equity Bank accounts.
This new functionality allows users to conveniently send funds to their own or other Equity Bank accounts directly through the app, enhancing financial accessibility for SafeBoda’s extensive user base.
