The news was confirmed by Faridah Ndagano, the Kikube district information officer, who expressed deep sorrow over the loss. According to Ndagano, Dr. Naisye had been undergoing treatment for hypertension in the past week, highlighting the severity of the health challenges he faced.

Faridah Ndagano provided insights into Dr. Naisye’s professional background, noting that he had joined Kikube District Local Government in July 2022. Prior to his tenure in Kikube, Dr. Naisye had served in a similar capacity in Buliisa, showcasing a commitment to public health and community welfare.
